I did the order online pickup in-store option because they offered 10% off for doing so. When I picked up the item, it would not work for what I needed. I attempted to return it right away upon picking it up but they gave me such a difficult time. They insisted that the receipt they had just given me at pickup was insufficient for a return! After having to get a manager and then explain everything over and over for 20 minutes before they finally did the return was certainly not worth the 10% discount. I've been a loyal customer for years but I was so disappointed with the poor service that I left and drove to PetCo instead for what I needed.
Overall I am very satisfied with Petsmart. The employees are very nice when I speak to them, however they need to be around the animal exhibits more. I stood there for a good five minutes or more without seeing a single employee around. Their prices are pretty decent and reasonable too for the area. Items are nearly always in stock, and the quality of the pets are excellent and come from a clean environment.
There were no snakes. Great cat food selection though
They used to have great fish sales, which is important, because fish die often. They stopped doing it, so I stopped going there.
