Every member of staff seemed to genuinely love what they were doing and to care for the health of the animals. We cannot recommend this place enough and will most certainly be back!
We have been looking around for a veterinarian for our cat some time. Some medical concerns necessitated we make a decision today and we could not be happier! The facility is clean and attractive, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was phenomenal. We met with Dr. Blood and she provided excellent care, being both personable and informative while diagnosing our cat's condition.
Dr. Blood is a very great communicator and explained everything in thorough detail, making sure I understood everything fully. The staff was amazingly kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in, as well.
The facility was super nice and clean. Did not have a trace of animal scent, even!
Took my not so friendly dog there to be checked for a pain in his leg/paw, and they were extremely understanding and gentle with him even with how difficult he was!
I’ve taken our 9 myth old Shih Tzu here a few times for a couple different things. They are all very professional, kind and understanding. The doctor always takes the time to thoroughly explain what he is doing and what he feels is the best treatment option. The staff is incredible and you can email them anytime with questions or concerns and one of the doctors will respond within 24 hours! I highly recommend them!
We will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this place for everyone in the area!
We LOVE this place! From the second you walk in the door, they treat you like family. And more importantly, they treat your pets with the highest level of attention. Our dog has been through a few surgeries so doesn’t normally love going to the vet, but he loves it here!
We came here with our desperately sick 16 year old kitty after an emergency visit to AVETs. They recommended it and after our current vet was indifferent to our situation, we wanted to change..We had to face the extreme trauma of saying goodbye to our baby girl and the compassionate care we received was amazing. We even got a condolence card with our baby’s paw print in the mail. They made every effort until it was no longer possible but did not prolong her suffering. There is a huge difference between competency and exceptional care and they definitely exceeded all our expectations. Five stars only because I cannot give more.
