EXCELLENT customer service! Start to finish this office was very friendly and helpful and made the rental a breeze. WAY more cars and employees than I would have thought at a place this far from the city.

The Cranberry office is pretty much always accommodating and helpful. They go out of their way and above and beyond. At least that is my experience and I rent relatively often. Every individual is as friendly as the next. You never get a bad attitude. I think they are extraordinary.

I regularly rent from this location for business travel and the customer service is excellent. The vehicle choice is decent. The one thing they could improve is the cleanliness of the interiors of the higher mileage vehicles, especially the instrument panels, steering wheels, and the inside of the windshields.
