I would never recommend anyone consider this place. 15+ people have moved out of this community in the last 6 months alone.
*Neighbors often cause unnecessary drama.
Update: direct from the lease amendments June 2017
*Even if you own a home, you are not permitted to have a pet or a friend stay with you for longer than 24 hours without registering anyone who may visit you, with the park.
It's a trailer park for people too high class to be seen in a trailer park. Some of the trailers are quite nice, but there are some that are not so great. The community is pretty decent for the most part. If you don't have the money for a house but want to own property in a convenient location this is the place for you
*Moles and Groundhogs tear up the yards and the lease says it's your problem and not theirs
*Management is rude, ignorant, and does not know the laws, and constantly condescending. No one in the park likes her.
*Lot Rent raised avg of $15 a year, currently $560 if you own the home. Double that for larger homes.
"Resident authorizes the landlord to tow away any vehicle from the parking area or street at the residents sole cost; any vehicle belonging to the resident or residents guests which is parked in violation" it goes on to specify that they will remove any vehicle that is "leaking any substance of any nature whatsoever"
Prices are too high for a trailer park!!
Nice quiet place to live a little costly though
"All fixtures, trees, or shrubs planted on the property shall become the landlords property"
*Lease is rewritten every year to include new infractions and your signature is auto-signed without your consent. The lease often contridicts itself making nearly everything you do a violation. Changing a tire on your car? Violation. Painting your deck without written consent? Violation. Not painting your deck? Violation. Flying a flag without written consent? Violation.
Lucy is right if you get past the illegal ways of business. If you own private property the use it like they own it allow people to park in your parking space when you're not there allow people to damage property and never repair it the light pole has been down for now 5 months that one of their maintenance trucks broke and they still have yet to repair oh and by the way, if you think for one moment that you're a valued customer your not and just so you know all those light poles that are on the property or you're paying the electricity for the park to run them they do not pay that bill it's stolen off of your property to have to light the streets for them
