I absolutely love their food. I've had their cheese pizza, breadsticks, grape leaves, cheese sticks, and tiramisu - all of which I though were great. I will definitely order from here again. I saw other reviews which complained about the service. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the customer service because I ordered online (you get a free order of breadsticks if you do). But I have had no issues with my delivery time or order and the delivery guy was friendly.

What a horrible experience, the lady taking my order mumbled the entire time, I had to ask her to repeat herself several times, and each time she seemed more annoyed than the last. Once the order arrived I was missing part of the order. When I called to resolve the issue, the same lady who took my order was yelling at me. Ultimately, it was the result of poor communication, however, I don't feel I should be yelled at when I've made a purchase, I was quite courteous and I expect a similar demeanor when dealing with anyone. Someone then took the phone from her, I assume a manager, and he spoke with me on the issue and explained where the unfortunate communication was to blame. I then told him I needed to order the additional lunch, he then uttered an expletive and completed the order. Ultimately, I won't return due to such poor customer service
Do not order from here! I waited an hour and 15 minutes for one pizza. When it finally got here it wasn't fully cooked and cold in the middle. I called and told them that I was stuck at work trying to cook their pizza in a toaster over bc it wasn't done. I was offered a 25% discount off my next order. When I told them that if that's all they were willing to do for me that they would no longer receive my business, I was hung up on.
The food and service at this dump is disgusting. Save your money and order elsewhere so these fools can go out of business sooner =)
