I like Longhorn as my meals are always good and the service usually very good as well. My meal was very good at this location but I did have a minor service issue. My waitress was handling a large party as well as myself (alone on business). I did have to wait between interactions as she chatted with the members of the large group. I realize a waiter or waitress will pay more attention to a large party for the obvious reason, but I don't care about them. I wanted to get out of there but had to wait. I eat out a lot on business so when I say I had to wait, I mean it was longer than normal and frustrating. I guess the consequences are a smaller tip and a review. I'm sure the other tip made up for it though.
A wonderful place to eat when hungry, as you definitely get your fill. Service has been ok each visit. Waitresses need to be mindful of ALL tables. Food is served relatively fast. Steak prices need to be reevaluated. I appreciate they label it American Kobe vs authentic Japanese Kobe, burger was still delicious. Lemonade and seasoned fries are a must have.
I am on a very restricted diet and they were very accommodating. I had wild salmon. It was absolutely excellent. They had to cook it a special way for me.
Nice atmosphere and the food was cooked perfectly. We got plenty to eat with the mini loaf of bread, and the 2 sides served with our dinner. For everything, the price is very fair, including the good service.
Loved longhorn steakhouse...food was great and service was great even for being short staffed...would go again.
