I had, Stephanie H and I am beyond ecstatic with my hair! She did a AMAZING job with my color and cut! I literally couldn't be happier!! I can't wait to go back!
I was told there was a twenty minute wait which was fine,but then waited another 15 minutes while she talked to her so called client. A client at a Walmart hair salon , she must have been so proud. I guess beauty School dropouts have to go somewhere
The last 2 times I have had my grandsons hair cut in Walmart Smart Style have not been a pleasant experience. Both times, the stylists were rude. Both times I was asked what number clipper I wanted them to use. I never went to beautician school, so how would I know the answer to that? Last evening, the stylist (and I use the term loosely) asked me to check the haircut. Ohhh, my. Hair uneven in the back, hair was not cut around the ears...crooked and too long. I asked her to trim around the ears and even the bottom of the hair. She said, to my grandson, "I'm sorry I asked Grandma to check out the haircut". Never again will I go to Smart Styles in the Cranberry Walmart.
Hilary has been doing my hair for years. She knows exactly how I like my hair styled. I have always had short hair and decided I wanted to let it grow, she worked with it for 2-years kept it styled while it grew. I decided awhile ago to cut it off.. SHORT! It gave the poor girl hives but she did it. It is now long again and she keeps it in shape and color. I brought my elderly mom to Hilary and she went out of her way to take care of her and was given the BEST care! I have never had a problem with my hair style. I am not the only one who has received great service at this salon. There is always other "regulars" there when I am.
