Dr. Watkins is by far the best Dentist I have ever been to. Are whole family has been seeing him for years and would not go anywhere else. I would highly recommend him and his entire staff. Linda his assisitent is equally amazing they are all caring and compassionate and explain everything to you about your treatment in detail.
Absolutely five stars, the doctor and assistant were amazing. Extremely kind, patient and genuinely concerned for my well being. Highly recommend to all!
LOVE LOVE LOVE! BEST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD GOING TO THE DENTIST. I Thought Having A ROOT CANAL DONE WOULD BE HORRIBLE BUT THEY TOOK CARE OF ME AND IT WAS A BREEZE. VERY GENTLE AND CARING! YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH THE ENTIRE STAFF HERE!
Unfortunately two years after my last visit, we received a collections notice. I have an explanation of benefits from our insurance company stating that the bill was paid in full, and never received any communication from Refresh Dental suggesting otherwise. I have contacted the organizations privacy officer as the collections agency had been provided with my protected health information. No one has responded. I would recommend you not use this chain as it seems they have unscrupulous business practices.
This is the first time that I visited refresh Dental in Cranberry Township and was very happy with the knowledge of each staff member, the flexibility of scheduling and their attention to detail. They didn't push unneeded dental work but gave me a thorough evaluation and recommendations!
