I wrote my review 3 months ago but i dont want them twsiting my wordings for the public so I came back to edit something. My review 3 months ago starts here: Well, I had to come back and edit my review because of some recent news. I went to Dental works a few weeks ago as a new patient. Insurance reasons. Turns out everything was okay with my regular dentist after all. I am thanking God that everything worked out with my regular dentist because at Dental Works, they told me I needed 7 fillings. I knew I had not been to the dentist in a long time so I thought okay... but then I went to my regular dentist over this past week. My regular dentist/not them did a thorough examination of my mouth and even took extra images. She said "Danielle, I only see one cavity." Really? I thought to myself, either dental works did not know what they were talking about or they were willing to put me through h*** just to get more $$. I also found that here, while the place is clean, and the overall atmosphere is nice and friendly, I felt that my personal needs were dismissed. First, I asked if I could come in a little later for the appointment for transportation reasons. I was told that I needed to leave time for paperwork. I ordered an uber since I didn't have a ride then. The wait time was very long. I can be patient with waiting, but telling me I can't come later only to wait like an hour or more, I just don't think that's fair. In addition, during my appointment as a new patient, the staff was not very focused on me the whole time. One time one of the ladies asked me if I had done fluoride treatment in the past. I told her that I passed on it in the past for sensory sensitivities. She said "Oh, well that wouldn't bother you because it helps with this, this and this." She blew off my personal needs and was trying to sell, not be understanding. Also, they didn't take the right x-ray of my mouth. When I went to my regular dentist, I needed a panoramic. Not images of different parts of my mouth. Anyway, I liked that the place was clean and friendly, but definitely a hard sell and not interested in being understanding towards me personally!!
The office is clean and welcoming. The front desk staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The hygienist was very courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. The doctor was friendly as well. I would highly recommend Dental Works Cranberry to anyone looking for a great dental office/those who are not impressed/happy with your typical dentist office.
Super friendly and knowledgable staff. Very caring, helpful, and intelligent dentist. Highly recommend!
Pleased with the work. Cleaning was thorough and pleasant. Staff is always very polite. They care about the well being of their patients.
My first appointment was awesome! I had the best experience ever. I was so nervous because it had been over a year since a dentist visit. They made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. Highly recommend!
