This car was rented for a one day travel. I needed to be in Md at 11:00 and return by 6:00.

The answer to my request was no we can't do that . We rent on a 24 hr basis.
First experience with on renting a car and it couldn't be better! Everything was fast and easy for a fair price. No problems with early return and proper refund. Keep it up!
Due to your hrs I had to pick it up before you closed at noon. If it wasn't for that I would have picked it up at 5or six
Overall the experience was good with Enterprise. Vehicle was great for vacation, pick up and drop off were quick and easy.
The staff in the Cranberry Twp location are the best. I am a long time customer and have always had exceptional experiences at this office. If there was ever an issue they went above and beyond to remedy. They provide some of the best customer service I have ever had. Top notch!!! I highly recommend the Cranberry Twp location. And finally, my many thanks to them!

One word of caution, when reviewing the vehicle upon pick up insist to review the inside as well, as the Salesperson will only review the outside. Upon getting the vehicle home and ready to load up for vacation we realized that under the back seats and floor mats was full of dog hair (pictures included). Clearly the vehicle was cleared only on the surface but not "really" cleaned. I immediately called Enterprise to notify them and I was told sorry and we will talk to the person who cleaned the vehicle. It was unfortunate that this happened as the rest of the rental was good.
