I have been renting cars there now for almost a year n have received nothing but quality customer service from mr armando n his team..they are aces in my book
Paid for it online. Company has a policy that they can only run debit cards one time, but by paying for it online it counts as the one time--so when you go to pick it up and they run your card it cancels it out. And since I don't believe on credit cards, I can't get the car I already paid for. By the way, all the help is foreign and difficult to understand.
