Constantly doesn't bother to read an order and just hastily makes the food. I have received chicken instead of tuna (I DO NOT EAT MEAT) onions (thankfully I am not allergic) etc. They are good about resolving the issues, but no one wants to have to wait all over again to eat the food they ordered in the first place. They are not exactly inexpensive!
The food itself was good, however the place needs a good cleaning!!!!!! Makes you wonder what we can't see hmmm. Sitting at the table waiting for my order and.on the the divider blind think I could see nothing but dirt and filthy grime. Talk about losing appetite and not wanting to eat yikes please please get it clean
Takes way too long for orders to be turned around. Each time I come in you can see/feel the frustration of the customers. You can tell the staff is working really hard, maybe there just needs to be a better system/more staff for this busy location....
Compared to all the other delivery options in the area they're one of the best. Adding the option for delivery was a great move on their part.
I love Panera bread but not this one, I had to wait for half an hour for a Caesar salad. Poor management
