This used to be worth a 25 min trip for power bagels ..great coffee , and clean atmosphere.//.totally gone down-hill recently.. hope Einstein mgmt. inspects , occasionally .. not real clean, ++bathrooms need work. , not friendly counter people,... changed bakery/ supplier of power bagels, front register got order completely wrong .. headed to Perkins down road from now on ...

Got a coupon for a free mug at Einstein Bros in the mail and was so excited. Went to pick it up "with purchase". I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and fruit. I was dissippointed, as I probably didn't have a whole 2 tablespoons of chicken salad on my sandwich....could have just bought the mug, and saved!
While the food is good, the service is terrible (and that is putting it nicely). Forgotten orders, wrong orders....
