Engaged this firm for services related to an uncontested divorce. As this was not my first time with this endeavor, the minimal amount of work required would normally not have taken up a $3,000 retainer. However, the pokey nature of their operations, lack of communication, lack of on premise notary, and overall inability to drive for results in a timely manner has resulted in me paying over SIX TIMES what this effort would have cost using an online service such as Legalzoom. They don't even send invoices on a monthly basis to let you know what your remaining balance will be, nor do they have the necessary technological implements to drive better customer service. Avoid like the plague unless you don't value your hard-earned money.
