Terrible terrible terrible.... Asked for an estimate to repair (not replace) a zipper on a pair of golf shorts I bought on sale. Without ever getting back to me went ahead and replaced the zipper for $30. Shorts were only $22 and I could of easily sent them back. Then the owner pawns it off on his employees saying that they should have told me when I dropped them off. He tells me to stop when he will be there to discuss a solution never showed up. Not only a terrible businessman, a total phony. Go to Moddell right down the street. Stand up company with better service and more competent staff.
