Amy, the Owner, could not have been nicer! I had a couple pieces embroidered and they turned out amazing. I was in the store for about 30 minutes and during that time, probably 10 of her clients came in to pick up their pieces and all of them were extremely happy with the quality of the work and had a lot of respect for Amy.
