This place is awesome. Only problems I would address is needs more lockers for personal stuff and more seating for parents on the actual floor to be close to kids. Also, would be nice to have more for little ones. My youngest is 2 & 1/2. He wanted to be on the trampolines w/ ramps and in the bubble pit of the obstacle course. The "Littles" area is nothing more than just 6 or 8 square trampolines. Not real exciting for rambuncious toddlers. Everything else was awesome!
Only downsides for my wife were that she was slightly bothered by the semi-loud music and flashing lights. The air monorail is still waiting on final permits, but when it's opened next week hopefully it'll be a great extra for an already very enjoyable family place.
So much more than just a trampoline park!! Fabulous fun for a variety of ages and super kind staff! Can’t wait to come back!
My kids are 3 & 5 and there was plenty for them to do. Because of the layout and number of staff around, we weren't worried about safety or security either.
It's embarrassing that they require you to purchase their socks even if you have slip resistant socks that are acceptable at similar establishments. There is a giant display showing the price of different packages they offer; they couldn't figure out how to process a credit card refund after they overcharged me because the prices on the display aren't what they have in their system. Hopefully they get their act together or this will be a short-lived facility.
Kids (and daddy) had a really great time. Great place to expend energy after donuts for breakfast.
Such a fun and clean environment! Had a blast with my friends jumping all day! Would definitely recommended for events and birthdays! So fun!
