Went to cranberry to buy new elite controller because my old one broke. I bought it so long ago I could not remember if I bought the protection plan. After only a few minutes I was being helped, and was told of I go home grab the box and everything and it could be exchanged. So I gather the kids, 30 min drive home, 30 min drive back. We all go in and a new customer service person helped us. He told me there was no reason that it can be exchanged. The receipt could not be found and I might as well just purchase a new one or get out. If my kids we're not with me I might have fought, but I gathered them up and left and we will never go back. We bought everything there and just took the horrible people there but no more. Advice do not go there for anything you can find anything everywhere else.
I went to look for a Samsung Soundbar. After 2 employee walked right past me, not asking if I needed help, I eventually found them. I was there for 10 minutes. I had questions but there weren't any employees around. I approached a group of 3 employees (one of which was telling a story not appropriate for work) and the one telling the story came to help after finishing the punchline. He was not very helpful or informative and in felt like I was holding him back from doing something important (I wasn't).
Great service. Had bought a new LG fridge, didn't have a water filter in it. Found out when filter change light started flashing and was putting in the replacement. Called to let Best buy know. The call went to some call center where some odd ball or Asperger type person with zero social skills or customer service refused to help me. Asked to talk to a manager and was connected to the actual store where I had bought the fridge. The manager was a great guy, who understood the issue first time, acknowledged it politely and sent me a replacement and thanked me for my business. For this type of excellent service I shop for electronics or appliances only at this store.
Nice co works. Knew what they are talking about. Also help us to understand what he was talking about
People at this location has been great with me, very helpful and knowledgeable about their products on my every visit. Now, the company is a different story, credit card application online gave me a very hard time and the Best Buy app always crashes. Couldn't buy what I wanted online and took me three calls for the card application; first didn't really know/explain me what happened, second one wasn't very helpful and lied about the application going only as a soft inquiry, told me to fix something of my information with my credit score and "if I was really passionate about the card" to re-apply after 30 days and only the manager of credit review gave me the solution to solve my problems at the local best buy store. I went here the same day of the last call and actually got approved with the help of a store associate name George and few others; he helped me through the whole process till the end, even though I got there 30 minutes before the closing time. I thank you guys!
Terrible location. This isn't my first time there but it is the last.
Next, I went over to the Samsung Bluetooth speaker display and it didn't work. Again, I had to ask for an employee. This time a different person from the group of 3 came over. He says that it would work. I asked how I could test the speaker before buying it. Again he said it's broken. Then says it's there anything else that I can help you with. I felt like saying you didn't help me at all.
