I went to return an item i thought i had purchased at BB&B. When I was at the register i was ignored for a long amount of time until the lady at the register finally asked what I needed. She was rude from the minute I walked in until the minute I walked out. She informed me that I did not buy the item there and I apologized to which she ignored. I will gladly never go to this branch ever again not because I could not make a return which is pretty unusual for a BB&B but because this lady was extremely rude. When I returned home, my wife informed me that the exact same lady was ignorant to her at her previous visit.
