Absolutely loved this salon. Susan made my hair look amazing. I felt extremely beautiful leaving the salon, thats a feeling I havent felt in a long time. It was worth every penny!!!! I would recommend this salon to everyone.
This place is AMAZING! The women are so friendly and helpful. They fixed a botched haircut of mine. They were so easy going and got me in right away. LOVE!!!
Be prepared, they do not stand behind their sevice. They are very very rude.
I would not recommend this salon. I had my daughter's hair trimmed because it is super curly and difficult to cut. The receptionist was extremely rude and basically did not want us in there. She just gave me dirty looks thexactly entire time. On top of that I was charged 20 dollars for a hair trim that took the stylist 5 minutes to complete. I will never go back myself as a customer or recommend them to others. Clearly they were annoyed to have my business.
Horrible, horrible customer service. I went in twice with a picture of the hair color I wanted. I was very blonde. I came out with dark roots and was very dark all over instead of the blonde I had asked for. I went in again to have it done again, both times paying full price, and again, not what I wanted. I was told too bad, they don't do refunds. I spent a ton of money at this salon and for this to be the response was very dissapointing.
Always happy when I walk out of Alera. I have had my hair cut and colored by many of the talented staff and was pleased every time. I also have had manicures, pedicures, waxing and facials and was please with all. Would highly recommend!
